Benefits of Electronic Health Records

5.  By what percent do you expect to see a reduction in number of clerks working with the health record.  Entering 200% suggests that the number of clerks will be reduced by 2.  Entering 50% suggests that 1/2 person reduction will be observed.  If you expect an increase in personnel needed enter a negative number.  Entering -100% suggests the need for an additional clerk.  A 0% increase suggest no change in personnel needed.

6.  What was the total revenue for your organization in the last fiscal period?
